NAAMA BAY
Located on the
coast of the Egyptian Red Sea, at the southern Sinai Peninsula and a
few kilometers from the town of Sharm old Naama Bay hosts the modern
commercial district and the urban area of Sharm el Sheikh.
Famous for its beautiful coral reefs, is coveted tourist destination,
visited each year by thousands of visitors. The waters of the bay
are ideal for snorkelling and diving. The marine environment barrier
is the natural habitat of many species of corals and fish, including
the Napoleon fish (Cheilinus ondulatus), the fish Scorpio (Pterois
volitans), as well as many species of surgeon fish, butterfly fish
and fish crossbow.
Naama Bay is the area on the Egyptian Red Sea with the greatest
density of hotels and resorts, famous for its nightlife and shops
and shopping malls that arise near the main street, Boulevard Prince
of Bahrain.
